You­MeAt­Six have divided the music crit­ics with their latest offer­ing, Hold Me Down, since it came out on Janu­ary 11^th. And to be fair, I can see why. Fol­low­ing our news announce­ment yesterday,YMAS have released their debut album on Spo­tify. We gave it a listen, and it’s pretty good. The five-piece from Wey­bridge have obvi­ously been tak­ing their music les­sons from bands like Fall Out Boy and Para­more, and it’s the dir­ec­tion of the band is fairly clear. There’s noth­ing on there that you wouldn’t have expec­ted after hear­ing “Jeal­ous Minds Think Alike”, but it’s solid the whole way through, which is rare among bands nowadays.
