It would appear that Saves The Day have left Vag­rant Records; they are lis­ted as an alum­nus on Vagrant’s web­site.
All Time Low were stopped from play­ing a second night at Six Flags. The first night, appar­ently the crowd got a bit excited, and secur­ity then sprayed them with mace. The venue then told fans that the band had pulled out of the gig, accord­ing to Alex’s twit­ter.
Hay­ley Wil­li­ams’ (Para­more) twit­ter account was allegedly hacked earlier this week, res­ult­ing in top­less pic­tures of her mak­ing their way onto the inter­net.

Apo­lo­gies for last week’s lack of news, I was in Hun­gary.
Emo’s Annex have banned Fat Mike from the venue after his now infam­ous Cokie the Clown gig as part of SXSW. You can read more about the gig here.
Vik­ing Funeral is a new label, star­ted by Fletcher Dragge (Penny­wise) and Ken Seaton of Hard­line Enter­tain­ment and Sub­urban Noize Records. Their first sign­ing is Author­ity Zero, who will release their fourth album through the label on May 25, 2010.

Two Tongues

Two Tongues is a col­lab­or­a­tion between Max Bemis of ‘Say Any­thing’ and Chris Con­ley of ‘Saves the Day’. Being a huge fan of both the bands I was very excited about the release of these thir­teen tracks; and I am not dis­ap­poin­ted.
Bemis and Con­ley share writ­ing, vocal and gui­tar duties. Bemis brings his trade­mark venom­ous vocal styl­ing to the mix but it is Con­ley who truly shines; with a sound remin­is­cent of ‘In Rev­erie’.

Kurt Cobain’s mother has been awar­ded tem­por­ary guard­i­an­ship of his daugh­ter, Frances Bean. Court­ney Love is not men­tioned in the court papers, and no reason is given for the decision. This is the second time Love has lost cus­tody of her daugh­ter.
