Pro­pa­gandhi have announced that they will be releas­ing a split 7″ with Sac­ri­fice. The two bands will each put for­ward one cover, Propagandhi’s will be Tech­no­cracy, by Cor­ro­sion of Con­form­ity, and Sacrifice’s will be Rush’s Anthem.

It would appear that Saves The Day have left Vag­rant Records; they are lis­ted as an alum­nus on Vagrant’s web­site.
All Time Low were stopped from play­ing a second night at Six Flags. The first night, appar­ently the crowd got a bit excited, and secur­ity then sprayed them with mace. The venue then told fans that the band had pulled out of the gig, accord­ing to Alex’s twit­ter.

Travis Barker is releas­ing a solo album. He’s invited Lil’ Wayne, Slipknot’s Corey Taylor, The Game and a whole host of other big names to guest on the record. I’ve always had this idea in my head that there are grand-parents of punk-rock. You’ve got Grandma “Off­spring” with Grand­dad blink-182, and Nanny Green Day with Grandpa Ran­cid. In my opin­ion, every single punk band on the planet can be traced to one of these two happy homes. Sum 41, for example, is Grandpa Rancid’s ball-juice, which has been incub­ated by Nanny Green Day. MxPx are clearly the res­ult of Grand­dad blink slip­ping Grandma Off­spring a length.
