Left Coast Punk EP

Left Coast Punk EP

Racket Magazine have put together a free downloadable compilation, which you can grab here. It’s called “Killer Sharks”, and the album artwork is pretty cool. On it are: Kinetic Stereokids, Loch Lomond, Eels, The Denouement, Vagina Panther, Owen, The Passports, Entice, The Fascination Movement, Electric Owls, Old Wives Tale, The Neighborhood Bullys, Pennywise, The Bronx, Nakatomi Plaza, Only For The Night, Friends of Friends, ArpLine, Jump Clubb, and Malkovich & Sum.

MxPx are releasing their new EP today. It’s called Left Coast Punk, and a limited edition will be available on www.mxpx.com. It will have four additional songs and a free autographed MxPx poster. Only 500 are being pressed though!

The thieves have been at it again, this time it’s Moneen who have been hit.

Matt Skiba’s solo album will not be released in the near future, despite being written, recorded and ready to go. Mike Park explains:

The release is going to be pushed back until after the new Alkaline Trio album is released. When you’re in a big band like the Trio, sometimes you have to play by the rules of the big wigs in charge of whatever big wigs do. Matt told me he’d let me know as soon as possible in terms of a release date. The album is finished, mastered, and ready to be delivered as soon as we are given an exact date. Sorry if this causes any heartache to anyone, but will keep you updated as soon as we know what’s going on.
